Design Idea:
This machine is designed to machine normal drywall stud and track and also slot track by one machine. For the punching of slot track by the Punching machine.

As to the stud and track by after punching with rolling forming, servo motor control, the speed can reach 45 meter per minute.

Working flow: 3 ton double head decoiler --cage loop-->80 ton YangLi punching machine- cage loop --main rolling forming machine-stud and track punching--> convey table and stacker.
