About the thickness: For the chequered type machine, now we can process the thickness from 0.2 to 6.0mm, but the thickness range can not be made by machine. For example, if you choose range, you can choose like this: from 0.4 to 3.0mm, and from 3.0 to 6.0mm. And if other range, we do suggest, please do not let the range beyond 3.0mm, for example from 1 to 4.0mm, that is okay also.

About coil width: for chequered type machine, the coil width could be customized, but the Max width we made till now it is 1850mm. If wider and then we need to redesign and customized again

About the elements: as the thickness of chequered type machine normally a little thick, so we will give the following elements:

1. Supporting table: it is for supporting coil as when the coil thick, it will be very heavy, by the supporting table it can go easily.

2. Metal embossing rollers: it is for embossing the pattern to chequered type.

3.Leveling table: after embossing the sheet will be a little shape changed, so by the leveling machine, it will make the sheet even, neat and clean.

Chequered type embossing machine design:

To cater the market needs, for the Chequered type embossing design we make three types:

Option A: Simple and Smart type for thin sheet. we design the leveing and embossing together. Bu this type only could be used to process the thickness within 2.0mm. As to the width, we can customize for you.

Option B: Economic type for heavy duty. Sometime customers only have some budget to investment, so we design strong some economic type. The disadvantage aspects are this: it can not be used for very long time, just for small project is okay. Second, after long time using the embossing mold will not be so sharp, so the embossing sheet pattern will be a little shallow.

Option C: High quality and heavy duty type; mainly we use the different transmission part Pressurized hydraulic system, equipped with hydraulic station. And the embossing rollers we design uses Heat treatment of real forgings, modulation, intermediate frequency quenching, roll hardness,HRC60, the roller pattern is carved according to the customer's sample (willow leaf pattern). The surface is chrome-plated, rust-proof, wear-resistant and beautiful.
