If the thickness of the replacement material does not exceed 0.5mm, such as changing from a material with a thickness of 1.5mm to a material with a thickness of 1.8mm, there is no need to adjust the machine. If the thickness change exceeds 0.5mm, it is necessary to adjust the gap between the upper and lower rows of forming rollers of the machine. If the thickness increases, the gap needs to be increased, and if the thickness decreases, the gap needs to be reduced.
For example from 1.5 to 3.0mm, you need to increase the gap between upper roller and lower roller of all the stations. Use a ruler to measure the gaps and make it increase by 1.5mm.
How to adjust the sizes by PLC operation? Expect PLC setting what other work we should do?
Input the height and bottom width of the product you want to change and the thickness of the material used in the white background input box on the screen, click changeover start, and the size adjustment motor starts to automatically adjust the roll forming parts to the required position.
Then you need to manually adjust the hand wheels on both sides of the feed inlet and vertical guide wheel between leveling and punching unit to adapt to the adjusted feed width.

How to change from C purline to Z purline?
A. Manual adjustment
Manually rotate the CZ type changing rollers 180 degrees, three groups in total.
This is the most common choice, the cost is not high
Period of adjustment is short, 5 mins is enough , and operation also easy.
B. One touch PLC fully automatic CZ change. No labor, more efficient.
How to set the holes sizes and hole distance?
The machine has designed the setting of four punching stations. The setting value of the each punching position on the screen is the distance from the beginning of the formed product to the punching hole center. Each punching station can set 90 values, which means that you can punch 90 holes of the same size at different positions on one product.
How to change different hole molds?
The upper and lower dies of the punching die are fixed by bolts. When punching holes of different sizes need to be replaced, they can be easily replaced by removing the bolts.
4. How to do the installation , customer need to prepare what kind of work?
A. In order to facilitate loading and unloading, we design the machine into two parts. During installation, first place the machine on the reserved flat site, align the two parts, and fix them with the attached bolts.
B. Connect the oil pipes between the hydraulic station and the punching device and the hydraulic shearing device respectively (the corresponding letters or numbers are marked on the oil pipes for easy connection)
C. Add 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil to the oil tank of the hydraulic station, observe the level gauge, and add oil to the position shown in the figure below.

5. How to count then input coil width of the C and Z purline?
Calculate the input coil width according to the finished product size: waist height*2 + bottom width + small edge - material thickness * 6, for example, if finished C profile size as follows
Waist height: 50mm, bottom width: 100mm, small edge:15mm, material thickness:2mm
Then input coil width is 50*2+100+15*2-2*6=218mm
6. How to do the wiring?
The hydraulic uncoiler only needs to connect the power cord to the four terminals marked A,B,C and N.
The main roll forming machine needs to be connected with the power cord, the main motor, the oil pump motor and the size adjustment motor.
Power cord: connect with terminals marked with L1, L2, L3
Main motor: connect with terminals marked with U2, V2, W2
Oil pump motor: connect with terminals marked with U1, V1, W1
Size adjustment motor: the three size adjustment motors are connected to the terminal marked with U3 V3 W3, U4 V4 W4 and U5V5W5 respectively.
The counter, limit switches of punching units and cutting devices are connected to the PLC control cabinet with aviation plugs, which are unique, easy to connect and free of errors.
7. How to do the Maintenance daily?
Check the chain and gearbox, and add lubricating oil regularly
Dust and rust prevention measures shall be taken when it is not used for a long time.
When the actual length of the finished product are inconsistent with the set length, and the actual length is longer or shorter than a certain fixed value of the set length, adjust the parameters according to the following method.
Enter the length value you set on the order page in the “set length” box, enter the actual length of the product in the “actual length” box, and then click the “Calculate new coefficients” button (note that you can only click once)
How to judge the quality of the C and Z purline?
The finished product is straight without bending, and the dimensions of all parts are consistent, meeting the requirements of the drawing. The length of the sheared product is consistent, and the cutting section is smooth without burrs.
How to test the profile of C and Z purline?
Use caliper to measure the size of each part according to the drawing size to see if it meets the drawing requirements
Place the CZ purlin on the flat ground and observe whether the contact surface is fully fitted with the ground without gaps.

The CZ machine including hydraulic decoiler, roll forming machine, hydraulic station and run-out table require one 40GP and one20GP.
When running machine, what is the attentions need to pay for the machine.
A. Before work, check whether all parts of the equipment and electrical switches are in good condition, and whether the protective cover is complete. Carry out no-load test, the wok can be started only after the operation is normal.
B. The equipment must be operated by specially assigned personnel. During the operation, pay attention to whether the sound of the equipment is normal. In case of emergency, turn off the machine and cut off the power supply. When more than one person operates at the same time, a special person shall be responsible for unified command to prevent accidents due to coordination errors.
C. When the coiled material enters the roller, attention shall be paid to prevent crushing and cutting accidents. Strictly prevent hands or clothes from being twisted into the roller. When the coil is pulled by welding, it shall be welded firmly to prevent sudden fracture.
D. Before normal production, it is necessary to check whether the width and thickness of coil material are suitable for the equipment requirements. Production can be carried out only after confirmation.
E. The rollers must be adjusted with the machine stopped.
F. After finishing the work, wipe the equipment, clean the work site and turn off the power before leaving.
