Simple cut to length machine with slitting function
Here I will introduce one type cut to length machine with the slitting function for the thin sheet.
This equipment is used for cutting the coil to the specified sheet, sometime, slitting to the specified width also, it is composed by uncoiling, leveling, and automatic length measuring and cutting. Electrical controlling by AC variable frequency and servo control, which has better length precision and efficiency. Applicable Materials:Tinplate, silicon steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel and galvanized steel, etc. The one I introduce here could be used to process the thickness from 0.2 to 1.2mm and the coil width to 1.5 meter width.
The machine cutting speed can reach 15 to 20 meter per minute.

The machine can straighten leveling then cut to length

Cutting motion: The main machine automatically stops and then cutting. After the cutting, the main machine will automatically start.
Material of blade: CR12 , cut form down to up.
Length measuring: Automatic length measuring
Tolerance of length: 10+/- 1.5mm
