Cable Tray and Cover Profile Rolling Forming Machine
A cable tray system is used to support insulated electrical cables used for power distribution, control, and communication. Cable trays are mechanical support systems that provide a rigid structural system for electrical cables, raceways, and insulated conductors used for electric power distribution, control, signal instrumentation, and communication.
Metal cable trays are made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. There are many sizes, here we take the small size from 50 to 400mm as an example to show how the machine is designed.

Key Features
- The decoiler is optional - you can choose either manual decoiler or hydraulic decoiler

This machine handles small sizes of cable tray (bottom width from 50 to 400mm). Larger sizes are available upon request. The cover machine width is also adjustable.
Note: For different sizes, you do not need to change the cutter blade even after shearing.
