Foam Making Machine

Available in high pressure type or lower cost slow speed option. The high pressure metering machine handles two main components (polyurethane and ISO) and two additional components.

Function Description

The polyurethane mixture from the buyer's tank is delivered to the high pressure mixing head via axial piston pump in a closed circuit with spring loaded nozzles. Isocyanate is similarly supplied. Mixing occurs via counter injection process (stream impingement) through spring loaded nozzles, with foam applied to the lower facing layer via special application nozzle.

Double Belt Heating System

Precise heating of double belt slats is critical for processing CFC-free foam systems. The system maintains constant surface temperature separately for upper and lower slat chains through circulating hot air.

Shearing System
