About the thickness: For the chequered type machine, now we can process the thickness from 0.2 to 6.0mm, but the thickness range can not be made by machine. For example, if you choose range, you can choose like this: from 0.4 to 3.0mm, and from 3.0 to 6.0mm. And if other range, we do suggest, please do not let the range beyond 3.0mm, for example from 1 to 4.0mm, that is okay also.
About coil width: for chequered type machine, the coil width could be customized, but the Max width we made till now it is 1850mm. If wider and then we need to redesign and customized again
About the elements: as the thickness of chequered type machine normally a little thick, so we will give the following elements:
1. Supporting table: it is for supporting coil as when the coil thick, it will be very heavy, by the supporting table it can go easily.
2. Metal embossing rollers: it is for embossing the pattern to chequered type.
3.Leveling table: after embossing the sheet will be a little shape changed, so by the leveling machine, it will make the sheet even, neat and clean.
