The machine frame adopts a 400mm H-beam structure with an 18mm welded steel middle support plate, providing excellent rigidity and stability during continuous operation. Additional diagonal braces strengthen the frame structure and reduce deformation risks.
After welding, the frame undergoes vibration stress relief treatment and precision machining to ensure better horizontal accuracy and long-term durability.
Precision Roll Forming System
The forming rollers are manufactured from high-grade 45# forged steel with chrome surface treatment.
The chrome-plated rollers provide:
